Please be advised that Jesnosis provides two distinct types of services through separate business entities. The services, legal entities, and professional credentials differ between them as follows:

1. Jesnosis Therapy PLLC — Clinical Social Work Services

• Offers comprehensive clinical social work services, including psychotherapy, mental health counseling, case management, professional resource provision, and advocacy.

• Services are delivered by a licensed Master Social Worker and are provided in accordance with the Michigan Public Health Code.

• These services constitute regulated mental health treatment and are subject to applicable licensure, scope-of-practice rules, confidentiality protections, and billing practices for clinical care.

1. Jesnosis LLC — Clinical Hypnotherapy and Coaching Programs

• Offers hypnotherapy programs framed and delivered as coaching, vocational, and self-improvement services.

• These programs are presented as non-medical, non-clinical coaching and personal development interventions rather than regulated mental health treatment.

• Hypnotherapy services through this entity are not provided under the clinical social work license and do not constitute psychotherapy governed by the Michigan Public Health Code.

Client Choice and Informed Consent

• During initial consultation, clients are encouraged to choose the service model that best aligns with their current needs and goals.

• Clients should be informed of the distinctions between regulated clinical services (Jesnosis Therapy PLLC) and coaching/self-improvement hypnotherapy services (Jesnosis LLC), including differences in scope, goals, regulatory oversight, and professional credentials.

• If a client’s needs require regulated mental health treatment, referral to a licensed clinical social worker or another appropriate mental health professional will be recommended.

Confidentiality, Records, and Billing

• Records, confidentiality practices, and billing procedures may differ between the two entities in accordance with applicable laws and the nature of services provided. Clients will be informed of these differences and asked to provide consent appropriate to the chosen service model.
